1.4. These terms and conditions govern the terms of sale for all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer") on the domain veraldo.dk, from the moment you order an order for payment and delivery. By ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these terms of trade.
Make sure you have read and understood them before ordering.
The customer and Veraldo are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "parties".
1.5. Veraldo reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. The new version has no retroactive effect and the parties are only bound by the terms of trade that are online on the day the order is placed.
1.6. In these terms and conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:
a) "Website" means the domain www.veraldo.dk.
b) "You" means the customer who orders an order.
c) “Customer” or “Customer” means the person placing an order.
(d) "Working day" means a day which is neither (i) a Saturday nor a Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday in the customer's country.
e) "Order" means the order that you have submitted to the Website to purchase items from us.
f) "Content" means all texts, graphics, videos, images and all other information published on the Website.
g) "Third Party Websites" means any website not provided by Veraldo.
h) "Contract" means the order you have placed to order product (s) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
2.1. By placing an order on the Website, you are offered to purchase products that are subject to these terms and conditions.
2.2. You must be at least 18 years old and make sure all the information you give us is correct.
2.3. The parties agree that the images of the items for sale on the website have no contractual value.
2.4. Veraldo reserves the right to refuse any purchase request made by you for legitimate reasons, e.g. If we are unable to process your payment or if a product is sold out. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by e-mail, as described under provision 2.5.
2.5. The website will guide you step by step according to complete your purchase and place your order. You will see an overview with all the detailed information about your order before you make your purchase. We strongly recommend checking all the details of your order before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee that we can change your information later.
2.6. You will receive an order confirmation on the registered email with all the details of your purchase once you have placed an order on the website. This email is only a confirmation of your order and is not a purchase agreement. A contract between the partners for the purchase of the order will be created when your order has been shipped and has left our warehouse.
2.7. Products are subject to availability. If an item is sold out between the time you place an order and the time our warehouse processes it, we will cancel the purchase of that product as it is no longer available. If this is the case, we will notify you and issue a refund.
2.8. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a cancellation email. If the payment has already been withdrawn for such a canceled order, we will refund the same amount using the same method used to make the payment. If for any reason alternative arrangements are needed, Veraldo will contact you.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1. The prices stated on the website apply to all orders made via the website. All prices include VAT (if applicable). Delivery costs and any other costs that may apply will also be charged and clearly displayed during the checkout process.
3.2. Veraldo reserves the right to change or update information at any time without notice, including errors in prices, images, details and descriptions displayed on the Website.
3.3. If incorrect information is provided for any product you have purchased, do not hesitate to contact our customer service under the terms set forth in clause 1.3 of these Terms and Conditions.
3.4. We offer different types of payment methods. You will be able to find all payment methods available for your country during the checkout process.
Please note that we do not accept cash or checks.
3.5. All payments are subject to validation control and approval by the payment intermediary you have chosen. If the provider refuses to, or for any reason does not allow payment, you will then be notified via email and / or while attempting to place the order.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1. Shipping costs will be charged in addition to the purchase price of your product, which is clearly shown where relevant and included in the "Your total price" section at checkout before you pay.
4.2. We strive to ship orders within 1 business day of order confirmation. Please note that the shipping time may take longer due to high season, unexpected events or availability of the product.
4.3. We make a reservation on the card used for the purchase to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product you purchased will not be shipped until the order is completed and payment is taken.
4.4. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your package is shipped, indicating an estimate of the time of delivery. The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive your confirmation email.
4.5. Depending on where you are, you will get different delivery options. The size of the delivery fee depends on the delivery option you choose to choose. You will be able to find all the delivery methods available for your country during the checkout process.
4.6. You must give us a complete and accurate delivery address information, as we can not guarantee that we will be able to change it after purchase. The customer is solely responsible for delivery errors due to missing or incorrect information or errors in the delivery address.
4.7. Our airlines will do everything to deliver your order within the promised delivery time. Nevertheless, delays are sometimes unavoidable. Please contact our customer service if you have not received your package within the expected delivery time.
4.8. Our carriers do not deliver on weekends and holidays.
4.9. If the customer chooses to have the package delivered to his private address, the shipping company will try and deliver the package to the private address. If the package cannot be delivered, the package will be sent on to a parcel shop or post shop near the customer.
4.10. It is always the customer's own responsibility to pick up his package. If the package is not picked up by the customer, within 10 to 14 days depending on the package shop or post shop, the package will be sent back to Veraldo. The customer will be charged a fee of 100 DKK if the package is not picked up according to the extra cost Veraldo gets for this.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You must make sure that the item is returned to our address. We do not pick up returns in parcel shops or the like, so your return must be delivered to our address. We recommend that the label you use is tracked and insured.
5.2. Returns are accepted provided that the product is in its original condition, unwashed, odorless, without animal hair and that all tags are still attached. The goods must appear as new so we can resell them. If the item is not in new condition, you will not lose your right of withdrawal, but you must expect to be charged for the lost value. If the item is worthless after use, the money cannot be returned.
Nevertheless, returns cannot be made for items where hygiene protection has been removed. Eg. by bikinis.
5.3. The customer will bear the costs that may be associated with any shipping to have the item returned to Veraldo, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer is responsible for the package arriving safely at Veraldo's address in accordance with clause 1.1. Veraldo does not pick up packages in parcel shops, post offices or anywhere else. All returns must therefore be delivered to Veraldo's address.
5.4. As soon as your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by us, we will issue a refund. The return process may take up to two (2) weeks from the moment we receive your order back.
5.5. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a credit note by email. You will then receive your refund within two (2) to five (5) business days. We will refund the amount paid taking into account any discounts. If you have used a discount code or offer in connection with your purchase and the total value of the order is less than or equal to the value of the discount code, as a result of you subsequently withdrawing part of your order, we reserve the right to charge you the original price for the goods you keep or for shipping if the order no longer meets the conditions of the discount.
5.6 The refund does not include delivery fees you have paid which are in addition to the standard delivery. Standard delivery is always the cheapest delivery method. All refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase the product. If you pay by invoice, your payment provider may be able to contact you to pay the refund.
5.7. Please note that you can only return products purchased on the site.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
6.1. We make no warranties with respect to this website or the information, materials, content made available. We do not warrant that the Website will be continuously available or that the information on this Website is true, non-misleading or accurate.
6.2. Any information and content on the Website must not be construed as Veraldo providing advice of any kind.
6.3. You agree not to use any of our products for commercial, business or resale purposes and we exclude liability for loss of revenue / profit, loss of contracts, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of reputation.
7.1. The trademarks, names and logos on the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Veraldo. Prior written permission from Veraldo is required for the use of any trademark, image or video from the Website. Thus, it is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, download, post, transmit or distribute any content coming from the Website in any way.
8.1. We take all complaints very seriously and try to resolve disputes as soon as they arise. Customers wishing to complain are encouraged to contact our customer service team as soon as possible under the conditions set out in point 1.3 or by using the contact details on the website (https://www.veraldo.dk/pages/kontakt-os )
10. CONFLICT OF TRADE TERMS
10.1. If there is a conflict or conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices specifically relating to a particular section of Veraldo will no longer be valid.
11.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes inappropriate or invalid in any jurisdiction, court or authority, the remaining provision and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. LAW AND DISPUTES
12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law.
12.2. Contracts entered into via the website as well as any dispute that arises or is in connection with this are subject to Danish law. An amicable solution (through an ombudsman system) must be considered before any remedies. In the event that this solution fails, Danish courts must have a non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these terms and conditions. This provision must not deprive European consumers of their national statutory rights.
12.3. In the event of any inconsistency or requirements in connection with these Terms, we will comply with the assessment of the Danish Consumer Ombudsman or the corresponding authority in the country in question.
