Once you have completed your order, your order confirmation will be automatically sent to your email. Note that it may have ended up in your spam or junk folder. If you have entered an incorrect email when you placed the order, please contact our customer service so we can help you.
Unfortunately, we cannot change your order after it has been completed. Are you e.g. come to order something wrong or if you have chosen the wrong parcel shop, we recommend that you do not pick up the parcel so it will be returned to us. When we receive the package return, the money will be automatically credited.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is free when ordering for more than DKK 499. If you order for less than DKK 499, delivery costs DKK 29.
Delivery to Denmark takes 1-2 working days. Delivery abroad can take between 7-16 days.
In Denmark, you can choose between having your package delivered with GLS or Post Nord. If you order abroad, the local shipping company will deliver your package.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. If you want to return, this can be done in the return portal that you find here.
You can return within 14 days in our return portal which you will find here. Once you have created your return, a return slip and a return label will automatically be sent to your email within a few minutes. Remember to check your spam folder. Both documents are printed and then the return slip is put inside the package together with the bag you want to return and the return label is pasted on the outside. The package can then be delivered in one of GLS 'parcel shops.
